Emerald Gardens is a development comprised of 127 homes in a beautiful, well-maintained setting located off Wilkinson Road between Honore Avenue and McIntosh Road in Sarasota, Florida.  Emerald Gardens was developed  in the early 1990's with an elongated lake as its centerpiece, providing scenic water views to homes adjacent to it.  

 

The homeowners' association is the governing entity for Emerald Gardens and consists of a five-member Board of Directors - each an Emerald Gardens homeowner.  The mission of our website is to offer opportunities for communication, input, involvement and volunteerism within the community - the homeowners of Emerald Gardens.
