ABOUT US

The Emerald Gardens Homeowners Association is the governing entity for the Emerald Gardens development. The Association was formed in 1994 and consists of a minimum of 3 Board of Directors - each an Emerald Gardens homeowner. The development is comprised of 127 residential homes in a beautiful, well-maintained setting located off Wilkinson Road between Honore Avenue and McIntosh Road in Sarasota, Florida. 

Through this website, the Association hopes to gain better communication, input, involvement and volunteerism with its members, the homeowners of Emerald Gardens.

Homeowners may request access to the Members Only section of this website by creating log in credentials.  The Members Only section contains our Governing Documents, Meeting Documents and Homeowner Directories.
